Hello Friends!

My name is Katie Kramer aka The Sparkle Fitness Babe! I am so happy you are here!

Sparkle has always been a huge part of my life, so it is only fitting that it is part of who I am and the business now. As a little girl, I gravitated toward anything sparkly, and as an adult I find myself doing the same. Sparkle is something I look for in clothes, in people, in moments, and most of all, it is the one part of me I hope to share with as many people as possible.
